How do I order my Mums Card?
Getting your Mums Card is as easy as 1, 2, 3.
Once you have chosen a design click ‘ORDER’.
Step 2 - Personalise your Information
Firstly chose the quantity of card in your pack (50 or 100) then any options (if you want them). Fill in the name of your design, and complete the text that you want on your card. Once you click on each of your selections it will appear in ‘Your Cart’. Then chose your Mailing area, give proofing and delivery details and chose your payment method.
Step 3 - Order your Mums Card
After you click order and your payment is processed (Direct Debit you will be emailed an invoice, Over The Phone we will telephone you) you will be emailed with 1-2 days a preview proof of your Mums Card. Once you approve this proof your cards will be printed and mailed. You will receive your order within 7-10 days.
If you are unable to make purchases online contact us to request a brochure be mailed or emailed to you so that you can submit your order by fax or mail. Alternatively telephone 03 9836 6365 and leave a message, will will get back to you as quickly as possible.

How much are Mums Cards?
Mums Card are priced with the basic card, being a single sided, professionally printed pack of 50 Mums Cards. There are number of ‘Optional Ads On's’ for an additional cost. ‘Optional Add On's’ include having your Mums Card printed on the back, matt laminating and choosing a photo design.

Are Photo Cards more expensive?
Yes, due to the extra time that it takes to put together a Mums Card with a personalised photo there is an additional charge of $10 for these designs.
What quality are Mums Card’s?
Mums Card’s are top quality cards; professionally printed in full colour on 300gsm satin gloss card. Mums Card is sized as a normal business card – 90mm x 55mm. For best quality we recommend that you have your Mums Card matt laminated, which is offered as an ‘Optional Add On’.
Can I see a proof of my personalised Mums Card?
Of course. Once your order is placed and payment processed, within 1-2 days you will receive via email a proof of your Mums Card. You need to approve this proof before you Mums Card will be sent to the printer.
How long will my Mums Card order take to arrive?
Once your Mums Card proof is approved your Mums Cards will be delivered within 7-10 days.
How are my Mums Cards delivered?
Mums Cards are mailed via Australia Post.
What are my payment options?
On the online order form you are given 3 payment options;
1. Pay by credit card. These payments are processed online through the secure payment gateway E-Way
2. By Direct Debit. An invoice will be emailed with details for Direct Debit. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received.
3. Over the Telephone. We will call you so that you can make you payment over the telephone with a Credit Card.
I have a gift card, how do I manage payment?
If your gift card covers the total amount of your purchase simply tick the ‘Payment made Using Gift Card’ option. If your gift card does not cover the total cost of your purchase tick ‘Pay over the Phone’ and we will contact you to make payment of the orders outstanding amount.
I want to buy some Gift Tags or Note Pads, how do I do this?
All the other Mums Card products are listed on the order form under ‘Other products’. Select the products you want by clicking on them, this will add them to ‘Your Cart’, you can then proceed with the order process on the form.
Can I buy Gift Tags or Note Pads without out buying some Mums Cards?
Of course. Simply order the products that you want through the order form.

Contact us with the following details and we will arrange to have a Gift Card sent to you or directly to your gift recipient; Your name, email address, telephone number and mailing address if you want the Card sent to you. Also the Gift Recipients Name, email address or mailing address if you want it sent directly and details of the Gift;
