Order Process

Once orders have been placed and payment processed a visual proof of the product with your personal details on the design selected will be emailed to your nominated email account within 1-2 working days. An order will not progress beyond this point until written approval of this proof is provided - this could be in the form of email approval or via fax to 03 9836 6365. Once approval has been given the order will be mailed within 7-10 working days.

Refund/Return Policy

Mums Card replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged. Notification of faulty or damaged products must be received within 24 hours of your parcel arriving. Under these circumstances, Mums Card will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. These details can be obtained either by telephone on 03 9836 6365 or by email.

Mums Card will not accept returns or replace any undamaged item. Due to the personalised nature of the product and the proofing approval process customers have been given ample opportunity to view and consider their purchase. Should you be unhappy with your product please submit a detailed account of the problems and due consideration will be given to what is the best outcome to rectify your problem. Should an order be canceled during the order process administration and bank fees will be charged in accordance with the expenses incurred to the stage where the order is at.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Within Australia

Orders placed with Mums Card will be delivered from receipt of payment within 7-10 working days in all capital cities and most regional centres, or 5-10 working days from written approval of design proof. Other areas and very remote locations may take longer. Our delivery rate for a Pack of 50 Mums Cards is $5 Australia Wide or $10 for a Pack of 100 Mums Cards. Delivery is via Australia Post.

Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it "return to sender" or address it to Mums Card, 21 View St, Canterbury VIC 3126. Please notify us within 48 hours if this unlikely event occurs. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Outside Australia

Orders to outside Australia are sent via international post. Delivery is typically 14-20 business days depending on country of destination. Loss or damage is not covered unless insurance is taken. Email us at the time you place your order if you would like insurance organised for your order, associated costs will be advised at this time.

Currency conversion

Mums Card can only process payment in Australian Dollars and your credit card company calculates the charge to your credit card on the date of the transaction. Click here to see current rates of exchange
